We are excited to host our SIXTH annual West Hill Softball Hits & Spits Tournament on June 12-14!  This year’s tournament will take place at three West-side locations: Shouldice Athletic Park, Optimist Athletic Park, and Glamorgan Park.  We anticipate a record 100 teams from U9 through U19 age categories, including 32 West Hill teams!

This means 2000+ athletes, coaches, umpires, volunteers, and spectators will be in our community over the weekend.  The tournament provides a meaningful opportunity for small local businesses to national organizations to showcase their support of youth wellness and sport.

 

We have three categories for official sponsorship listed below: monetary or donated raffle/swag/giveaway items that can also promote your business.  

DIAMOND SPONSOR ($500+ Cash Donation):  Ball diamond named after your company for the weekend (Optimist or Glamorgan diamonds); on-field signage (to be provided by sponsor); advertisement in our TeamSnap Tournament App (logo & website link); and Prominent recognition in our communications (printed, social media, and website)

GOLD SPONSOR ($200-$499 Cash Donation): Bold recognition in all printed, social media, and website communications; sponsorship of one of our special events or giveaway.

FRIENDS OF WEST HILL (>$200 Cash Donation or In-kind donations of any amount):  Instead of cash donations, you can also provide raffle items, swag bag gifts, etc.  Recognition in all printed, social media, and website communications.  Opportunity for branded items exposure in our raffle or team/player gift bags
