WHS Photo Day is tomorrow, May 8th!

Your team’s scheduled photo time should already be loaded into TeamSnap by your Team Manager. To help ensure everything runs smoothly, please review the following important reminders before arriving:

  • Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early so players have time to find their team and be ready at their scheduled time. Late players may not be photographed.
  • Parking is limited in the SCA lot and surrounding streets, so please allow extra time.
  • Players should arrive in full uniform, including:
    • Jersey tucked in
    • Hat/visor
  • Players may wear footwear of their choosing, with the exception of cleats, as photos are cropped below the knee.
  • Each player should bring their own bat and glove.
  • Only coaches and players are permitted inside the photography area. Parents must remain outside the gym at all times.

If your player is unable to attend Photo Day:

  • Individual makeup photos can be scheduled at no additional cost.
  • Players can be photoshopped into their team photo for a $25 fee per player, payable at the time of photos (credit and debit accepted).
  • The makeup photo scheduler opened May 6th for bookings beginning May 12th. Please see the attached flyer for the booking link.

As a reminder, all photographed athletes will automatically receive a complimentary Memory Mate team photo, courtesy of West Hill Softball — no purchase necessary. Memory Mates will be distributed through team managers.
