It should be noted that the dates may vary year to year, and the 2026 season dates may differ slightly from 2025.
Important dates
NOV 3 2025 = Registration Opens
JAN 31st 2026 = Registration Closes for U15 and HS
FEB 12th 2026 = Registration Closes for U13
FEB 20th 2026 = Registration Closes for U11
FEB 28th 2026 = Registration Closes for U9
APR 15th 2026 = Registration Closes for U7
VARIES = Late Registration Fees commence (u9+)
Note: while registration closes on these dates, a waitlist will remain open.
APRIL 9 =Deadline for Team Registration for Hits & Spits Tournament

WHS COACHES MEETINGS
March 14th - Coach the Coaches - 4pm - 6pm @ CFIS North
- Review technical softball skills and is aimed at ALL WHS coaches to ensure consistency between teams
March 29th - Advanced Strategy - 2pm - 4pm @ CFIS North
- Review advanced tactics and coaching tips for players/teams to be competitive in Div 1. This session is aimed at all WHS DIV 1 coaches.
April 12th - New Coaches Session - 4pm - 5:30pm @ CFIS North
- Aimed at 1st and 2nd year coaches, learn how to coach a softball team and includes a review of basic skills.
April 12th - Preseason Mandatory Coached Meeting - 7pm-9pm @ SCA Community Center
- Mandatory for all Coaches to attend.

June 22 - July 5 = Div 2 (U13-U19) City Championships
June 29 - July 19 = Div 1 (U13-U19) City Championships
