New in 2023, West Hill Softball will be conducting Selects ID Camps.
This page will provide you details and planned schedule.
Purpose:
- To provide WHS Evaluators & Coaches additional opportunities to see our Division 1 players prior to Team Selection.
- Focused attention on the top competitive players in the same sessions.
- To give players more of an opportunity to practice with, and compete against other top players in the organization.
Who / Invites:
- u11 and above
- During registration, each player will have the option to be invited to a Division 1 Camp
- Players will be invited directly to these sessions after Registration.
Process:
- Each player will be offered a minimum of ONE ID Camp invite.
- After the first session, recommendations will be made to either:
- Continue with Division 1 Evaluation sessions
- Be asked to attend Division 2-3 Evaluation Sessions

SELECTS ID CAMP - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What if I cannot attend the ID Camps?
- Attendance is very important, please do what you can to attend.
- If not, previous play / evaluations will be taken into consideration for continuation in the Division 1 evaluation process.
Do I still have to attend the Main Age Category if I am at ID Camps?
- After the initial ID Camps, your player will be designated for one of two evaluation streams (Division 1 or Division 2/3).
- Players can continue to be re-evaluated until final Divisions and teams are determined in March.
