West Hill Tournament Volunteer Opportunities – Sign-up!
Hi West Hill Softball families,
West Hill Tournament is only FIVE DAYS away! We are calling on all West Hill families to come volunteer at our tournament.
GENERAL TOURNAMENT VOLUNTEER ROLES (SIGN-UP HERE)
Includes: Info table / concession, mobile sales, field maintenance, Set-up, Take-down, garbage collection, etc. Options are available at Glamorgan & Shouldice (or Pop Davies) fields.

TOURNAMENT UMPIRE VOLUNTEERS / PAID UMPIRES (SIGN-UP HERE)
Because Umpire availability via CMSUA is extremely limited, the tournament committee would like to fill as many umpire spots as possible.
These are for our U9 and U11 games. Your options to help out:
- Volunteer Umpire (not your own team) = 1 association credit
- Volunteer Umpire (your own team) = 2 team credits
- Paid Parent Umpire = $20
- Junior Umpire (14+) w/o credentials = $20
We ask that all umpire sign-ups have previous experience and/or have solid knowledge of the rules.
Carded umpires, please request games for the tournament through CMSUA. If they are unable to schedule you, please add yourself here.
When you select your game, please indicate the appropriate option (Volunteer, paid parent, paid Junior Umpire)
