This is a great opportunity to build leadership skills, give back to the program, and stay connected to the game in a new way.

To Be Eligible:
You must be registered in U13, U15, or U17/U19.
You must have availability and reliable transportation to attend games/practices at West Hill diamonds.

Your Role as a Junior Coach:
Be paired with a younger age-category team (on nights opposite your own games) and support and mentor younger players — talk with them, answer questions, and be a positive role model.

Assist the coaching staff with:

▪ Running drills
▪ Demonstrating skills
▪ Helping with game prep and warm-ups
▪ Warming up pitchers
▪ Throwing with players
▪ Coaching first base, and more

We ask that Junior Coaches commit to attending at least two games or practices during the season.
